The Street Bob is powerful, is never wanting for power, and is stable at any speed up to about 110 mph. It does feels heavy at times. But really my only complaint is the heat from the engine in traffic. This PCX is agile / nimble / light but slowish, and comparatively much slower to accelerate. It's not really fair to compare speed andI cannot speak for the PCX as I only have experience with my own scooter, a Kymco Like 150i.
